This guarantees we will look at your site / issue within the next 15 to 60 mins. If we do not respond within the hour - you will be refunded. This is not for a fix, unless the problem can be fixed within the first hour. Billed at $150 / hr thereafter. If this is a standard virus - visit our virus removal.
